This is CasinoRadar’s second, separately-researched review of the Betano brand (Kaizen Gaming, founded in Greece in 2012, no land-based casino history), this time covering its Peru operation via Kaizen Gaming Perú S.A.C. — distinct from our earlier Betano Brazil and Betano Czech Republic reviews. Betano is reported to have been the first operator ever granted a MINCETUR license for both sports betting and online casino in Peru, on 27 March 2024, under Directorial Resolutions No. 1540-2024-MINCETUR/VMT/DGJCMT and No. 1541-2024-MINCETUR/VMT/DGJCMT.
MINCETUR’s own registry portal is directly reachable, but its underlying operator list did not expose itself as queryable structured data during this research, so the specific resolution numbers rest on consistent secondary reporting rather than a direct registry-line match — the same limitation already logged for Inkabet’s MINCETUR license. betano.pe itself returned HTTP 403 on every direct-fetch attempt.
